Re: First aid kit must haves

I always add medication like imodium and sometimes mucinex, that dont come in a standard one. Some small pedialyte packets are always a win, makes drinking lake or creek water all that much easie, plus it's good for ya.

Re: Survival in normal life

I do not want to be too explicit here on the forum but I think big Jesse has a beat on it. It's more internal and relationship. I am an avid woodsman and put myself to the test as often as I can, yet matters of the heart and mind after finding out what I did a few weeks ago has put me to the ultimat...

Re: Council tool Woodcraft pack axe

Very true Jesse, thanks for the advice. What do you think about the woodsman ruler being burned into the back? Would it hurt the integrity of the handle?

Re: Strange little Hatchet - ID?

That is a neat hatchet. I have never seen any eye on an axe like that either. And from my internet search of the past 10 mins cant find one like it.

Council tool Woodcraft pack axe

Alright, I bit the bullet and saved up for this council axe. Everyone I spoke to loved it. I have no put it through the paces yet, and to be honest I'm a little scared to. This is one of the nicest and well built tools I have shelled out for. You guys ever saved up for a working tool and felt hesita...

Re: Hello from Arlington, TX

Welcome to the fire! I lived in arlington for quite some time. About a year ago moved further south just to get out of the city. Davey Crockett is really nice, and with proper planning could definitely take a trip out there. Also there is lbj national grasslands that is about an hour or so from Arli...
