EDC Paack dump

Post by saustin1967 » Wed Dec 09, 2020 11:39 am

As long as we are showing pack dumps. My EDC Swiss Gear Laptop bag goes everywhere I go on the job.
Very un assuming and carried everything I need for work. But, also tucked into the front two pockets are some essentials for surviving if I were to need to.
I have a hammock, two tourniquets, my survival tin , a sealed bag with four vaccum sealed Mountain house meals, a Sawyers filter and bag, an alcohols burner, and first aid kit. These items along with what I carry in my pockets an on my person everyday should get me home if needed, if I cannot make it back to my truck. Where as anyone who knows me there is a lot more gear. I have enough gear to make a dedicated truck bag but I constantly change what I carry and I know it would all just end up in a different place in a week.

This stuff is in addition to my work tools and electronics needed to work.
Pack probably weighs 35 lbs. I will try and weigh it this weekend.

Here's my sorta EDC, it stays in the vehicle. I use this more for a caffeine break than a "get home" bag though.
