Ok if you don't mind me asking where do you camp at? I usually go to Colorado springs or Inks lake when its not packed that is. winter mostly summer time too many people.

Camping is difficult. Right now the only place I have to actually camp overnight outside of a park is the island that the gathering took place at.
For day outings I use miller Springs or chalk ridge falls. There is usually people fishing and hiking the trails, but if step off into the woods 30 yards no one will even know your there let alone bother you. They are also free.

I go to "The Island" as well. Its just out of Kempner on the Lampasas River. I also have a friend that lives a few miles from there off the river. I go there too and sometimes trek the river to find other spots as well.
