Favorite Bushcraft Channels?

Post by akbowen » Wed Nov 05, 2014 3:38 pm

Obviously we are all familiar with Youtube. So here's a question: what are your favorite bush/woodcraft channels? Our own Jesse's goes without saying, obviously, but to what others are you subscribed and watch greedily?

For me, the big ones, other than Texas Bushcraft, are the obligatory Wilderness Outfitters' channel, and MCQBushcraft. If you have not watched Mike's videos on the MCQBushcraft channel, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Granted, some of his techniques are region-specific, but he presents everything in a way that is so easy to watch and is really accessible.

Okay, I've said my piece. I'm curious as to where you gents would send me next.

Having never seen one, I asked my master for a tree. Into my open palm, he put an acorn. "Is that all," I inquired of him. "It is enough," he replied.

ZWildman83 (Outdoors/Beard videos)
Kenneth Kramm (Bushcraft/Outdoors/Trip videos)

and of course

Shugemery (Ultralight/Backpacking/Trip videos)

I notice my channel isn't on any of y'all's lists. I see how it is... JK

I really like the Native Survival School channel by Mitch Mitchell- https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAW5Xg ... DAQME9o6OQ

He'll be on that new show "Alone", which debuts tonight on the History channel.

I've watched many of the Youtubers posted above, but I've also been watching a lot of Joe Robinet, who was also on Alone. He's Canadian, but i won't hold that against him :D . You can find his channel here
