I love blanket packs and bed rolls. It really forces you to bring only the necessities.

Is that 2 packs or one front and back?

Two packs. One with a Blanket from Alpaca Warehouse and an older Early’s Whitney 5 point blanket (the traditional one was the Whitney

What kind of temps to do you think this setup could handle?

with the proper "burrito" wrap or the diamond bedroll wrap, I would go about 35 in calm weather, with clean fresh long johns and sock. Our goal was to use the fire in front and our emergency blankets in a half shelter to reflect the fire's heat down to us. I would have been confident to about 25 degrees if the wind was gentle. But the temp was lows of 45 degrees so we did without the fire. Then the wind shifted. I got cold. Luckily, I blocked all the wind for Ben
